FBLA is a national organization for all high school students enrolled in business and office programs. It gives students look at what the business world involves and prepares them for college. FBLA involves students working on a community-business basis. In doing this, students work with people and businesses in our community to raise money for different organizations.
Here at STC, the 2006-2007 school year will be our first year as a Chapter. A Chapter is what the group is called at your school. The St. Cecilia Chapter is going to be recruiting the freshmen and sophomores to join FBLA. We have a rough idea as for seniors and juniors and have had a few meetings to elect officers for the upcoming school year. These officers are: President Devin O., Vice President JJ S., Secretary Nick K., Treasurer Katelyn J., Reporter Brice J, Student Council Rep Morgan D, Historian Lindy M., and Parliamentarian Ben K. The sponsors for FBLA are Mrs. Adrian and Mr. Coon
We are very excited to start our new Chapter here at St. Cecilia and look forward to the new experiences and benefits that this Chapter will bring to the school. We ask for your support in any way possible.
