Tech Plan Goals

#1 Systems Management

I. Technology Support

Helpdesk requests for this month: general applications help, projector requests, 3rd parent request for K-12 Planet login, problems with computers in 208, 207.

II. Technology Integration

Accelerated Writer - this sounds like something we should look in to. I will ask the English Dep't. to check it out.
Upcoming ESU9 and ESU10 Workshops -- none match our needs at the moment.

III. Information Management:

Tech Plan – Part II, Part IV -- scanned for major changes needed. I will plan to do an overhaul this summer.
Web site frustrations -- continuing difficulty uploading to ESU9 server.
Media Center Automation – report, Kathy is entering in books, aims to be done by the end of the year.
Diocese Incentive Pay Report -- status, done for 1st quarter.
Chancery SMS 4.0 -- Tracy will investigate this option
Info Management To do list:

Exchange Server -- Allen configured -- follow-up on Joe LeDuc's email?

Implement the K-12 planet module for Win School (can't do until we get WinSchool to reflect the current schedule)

Mac School to Win School History transfer $$ -- followup, what does Mrs. Butler want to do?

K-12 Curriculum: Scope and Sequence Questionnaire Report

Configure Windows XP to auto update—Tracy and Carol configure STM; write instructions. I sent these instructions to Allen.

Music needs: Keyboard/midi configuration
